Please note that we roast to order every other Saturday. Roasted coffee needs to de-gas for 2-3 days prior to drinking so we allow for a resting period prior to packaging. Mail orders go out on Monday, home deliveries are made on Tuesday/Wednesday and coffee orders can be picked up Tuesday onwards. All our coffees are sold in 6 oz bag. Please store freshly-roasted coffee in an air-tight container away from light to maximize freshness.

We've selected high-quality, single-source, organic and fair trade coffees for our Holiday Gift Boxes. Each gift box contains:
• Your choice of three or two 6-oz bags of freshly-roasted, single-source, organic coffees
• 8 or 10 Lindor double chocolate truffles: delectable milk chocolate shell infused with rich dark chocolate truffle filling

Gift Boxes can picked up locally in Jamaica Plain, delivered to your doorstep in Boston or mailed (priority USPS or 2-day UPS) to anywhere in the continental US.
Please order by December 7th to ensure timely delivery for the holidays. All orders placed by December 7th will go out no later than December 19th. All orders after December 9th will be considered rush orders and will carry a higher delivery charge.

• Our organic Democratic Republic of Congo beans come from a co-op of family farms in the Kivu region and make a bold, deep coffee for pourover and espressos.
• Our organic Costa Rican Amistad comes from a family farm and is a delicious, subtle coffee that we recommend drinking black.
• Our organic Papua New Guinea beans, produced by a co-op, have medium acidity and an earthy, deep flavor.
